The Upgraded Metro Map

During the autumn of 2017, we rolled up our sleeves and implemented a cluster research about Finnish health and wellbeing startups. Our primary aim was to understand the problems and challenges startups face, to be able to help them even more. As a result of this research, we created the Finnish Health Startup Industry Report 2017.

Along the way, we realized that one of the biggest things we could help with is to make a list of all the players we considered relevant for industry. As a first step, we decided to create the Health Ecosystem Map for Startups of the Helsinki Region. The map consists of 10 lines and shows the most important entities a startup might need to seek help or information from, along with its journey.
