MyData 2019 Conference is the flagship event of the MyData movement and will attract some 800-1000 people from around the world. The aim of the MyData is to harness the power of personal data in ways that benefit individuals, fuel innovative business, and help create a more equal society.
Why does this matter? In times of ever-increasing use and misuse of personal data, we need better and more human-centric ways of doing things with that data. We need more transparent, trustworthy and actionable solutions for a just, sustainable and prosperous digital society.
MyData 2019 conference is an associated event of Finland’s EU Presidency organised in Wanha Satama in central Helsinki. The conference provides three days of interactive sessions, networking opportunities and inspiration that will contribute to rebuilding trust for a human-centred data economy.
